Optimizing Small Molecule Inhibitor Therapy for Relapsed/Refractory B-cell Lymphomas

The goal of this program is to ensure that members of the interprofessional oncology care team, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other relevant health care professionals, have the knowledge and skills necessary to apply the standards of care to their practice and health care setting for patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.

Target Audience

This educational program is designed to meet the educational needs of oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals who care for patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the standard of care and the rationale for the development of novel treatment options for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.
  • Discuss the mechanism of action and evidence from clinical trials supporting the use of novel small molecule inhibitors in the management of patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.
  • Identify the special considerations associated with the use of currently approved small molecule inhibitors to develop an individualized treatment plan for patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.
