Recent clinical trials continue to enhance available data on the use of olanzapine for emesis prevention in parenteral anticancer agents with high and moderate emetogenic risk as well as for breakthrough treatment and an alternative to dexamethasone for delayed anticancer induced nausea/vomiting.
