Issues in Cancer Survivorship

The goal of this activity is to provide participants with increased knowledge regarding the various issues faced by cancer survivors.
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical professionals who manage patients with cancer.

- Define "survivorship care plan"
- Integrate into professional practice the best practices for treating cancer survivors
