Improving Infusion Efficiency to Optimize Oncology Care
Improving infusion center operations can help improve patient access and patient satisfaction. As cancer centers attempt to accommodate more patients, new strategies are needed to help ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient care.
Target Audience
This educational program is designed to meet the educational needs of physicians/oncologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, PAs, pharmacists, social workers, and other health care professionals who manage patients with cancer.
Learning Objectives
Following this program, participants should be able to:
- Discuss the importance of process improvement in infusion clinics.
- Recognize common pitfalls that occur in infusion centers, as well as countermeasures to address those pitfalls.
- Identify strategies that can be used to improve infusion center operations.

There is no minimum financial threshold. We ask for disclosure of ALL financial relationships with ineligible companies, regardless of the amount and regardless of the potential relevance of each relationship to the education.
