These modules review standard cancer screening and prevention strategies for cancer survivors, review reasons for genetic counseling, and describes the impact of a BRCA mutation or Lynch Syndrome on medical management of a cancer survivor.

These modules dive deeper into common survivorship factors that are part of patient’s ongoing needs as they transition beyond active treatment including lifestyle and behaviors, common psychosocial challenges, and common late and long-term effects.

This module explains what constitutes comprehensive follow-up care for cancer survivors, describes common models of survivorship care, and identifies challenges with survivorship care.

These modules describe the survivorship stage of care, how to conduct a screening for patient’s needs as they transition to the survivorship stage of care, and identifies the requirements for The Commission on Cancer’s Standard 3.3 Survivorship Care Plan.

The NCCN 2016 Oncology Nursing Program Webinar Series will provide oncology nurses with comprehensive and clinically relevant information to optimize patient education and care.
