Before beginning the steps below, please ensure that you have an NCCN account and will receive the correct type of credit (instructions).

Please complete the Overall General Session Evaluation first.

You will then need to complete a post-test and/or evaluation for each session you attended in order to receive credit for that session.  All credit claiming must be done online through this page by following these steps:

1. Log in
2. In the list below, click the title of the session you would like to complete.
3. Complete the post-test/evaluation by clicking the appropriate icons.
4. Claim your credits. (The system will keep track of the post-tests and evaluations you have completed, and credits will be aggregated as you earn them.)
5. Click “Return to course” to return to this page and the full list of sessions.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 above for each session you have attended.
